Cheerchats takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy is provided to inform you of our policies and practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information collected from users of our mobile application (the "Application").
This Privacy Policy, as revised from time to time, only applies to information you give us via the Application. Please keep in mind that the Application may include connections to other websites. Cheerchats is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of these other websites, and we urge that you read each website's privacy policies.
The terms "using" and "processing" information in this policy refer to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing, and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally, as well as using or handling information in any way.
Our main goals in collecting data are to provide and improve our Site, Application, services, features, and content, to administer your use of the Application (collectively, the "Service"), and to allow users to enjoy and simply navigate the Application. We collect other non-identifying information you provide as part of the registration, administration and personalization of your Cheerchats Account profile (e.g. account preferences) (“Non-Identifying Information”). We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Cheerchats Users to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Site, Application and Service and to analyze and understand how our Site, Application and Service are used.
Our servers automatically record information that your browser provides whenever you visit a website when you use the Application, whether as a Member or a non-registered user (any of these, a "Cheerchats User") ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information like your IP address, or the webpage you were visiting before coming to our Application, pages of our Application that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Third-party sources and platforms may provide us with information about you. You can register to use the Service by registering into online accounts with third-party service providers ("TPSP") (e.g., Google or AppleStore). We will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable TPSP if you register by logging into a Third Party Account via our Site or Application.
Except with your approval or as required by law, we do not use Personal Information for purposes other than those disclosed to you in this Privacy Policy and/or at the time it was acquired. We gather data for one or more of the following reasons:

We give you the option to access or connect with TPSPs like Google and AppStore. When you connect through these third-party services, we may share and receive information about you. Please note that we have no control over these third-party services' privacy policies.
Our app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we discover a minor is using the app, the account will be terminated immediately.
Cheerchats maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAE). We strictly prohibit the creation, uploading, distribution, or storage of any CSAE.
Reporting & Action: Users can report CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) via our dedicated in-app reporting tool or by contacting our designated Child Safety Representative at BrandonMiller0303@outlook.com.
Upon receiving a report, we will investigate and take action within 24 hours, including content removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
If we become aware of such content, we will take immediate action, including but not limited to:
Removing the offending content.
Terminating the user’s account immediately without notice.
Reporting the incident and relevant user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement authorities.
Cheerchats uses several security methods and policies to protect users' Personal Information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, and disclosure.
Important: IT IS COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN TO REQUEST OR PROVIDE EMAIL ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, INS ID, SKYPE/IM USERNAMES, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION (OTHER THAN YOUR NAME).
Cheerchats and its third-party partners may conduct business outside of the United States and process your personal data there. You consent to the collection, transmission, storage, and processing of information in other countries by using the Application.
In the event of a data breach, Cheerchats will notify our associated data controllers and customers within 72 hours of a data breach. The nature of the breach, as well as the scope and activities required to rectify the situation, will be outlined.
